What we collect

When you contact Geopolysis through our form or by email, we receive what you share: your name, email address, company, and whatever you write. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. That is it. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, and a Google Ads tag to measure how our advertising performs. Both set cookies. We do not show ads on this site.

If you chat with Geo, our site assistant, we keep the conversation — including anything you write and any email address you share — so we can follow up and improve the assistant. Chat records expire automatically after 90 days.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiries, deliver the services you hired us for, and send invoices. We do not sell your information. Advertising measurement reports only to our own Google Ads account; we do not share your information with advertisers. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Who else touches it

A few service providers process data on our behalf: FormSubmit for contact form delivery, Google for email, analytics, and advertising measurement, Stripe for service payments, and Vercel for hosting. Stripe handles card details directly. We never see or store your card number. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

As long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as tax and legal record-keeping reasonably require. If you want something deleted sooner, ask.

Your choices

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. We reply within a few business days.

Where we operate

We are based in Miami, Florida, and this policy is governed by Florida and United States law. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
